We are close to launch using an excellent but remote Tech Team in Ukraine. Our App has beautiful questions, teleprompter and executor facility to help users produce engaging Life-scripts.
The speed of development has worked well, since we changed many of our original ideas as we went.
What we lack at the moment is robust digital marketing experience that might help us avoid financial or time wasting mistakes as we enter this new market.

Lots to learn about starting a company in the UK. From Companies House, to Registered Offices, to Information Commission, Company Secretary to registering with AWS, Apple Developers, and Google Developers.
To applying for a Bank, issuing shares, and chasing domain names and SEIS tax relief.
And then adding all the Apps that you think about using: Live Plan, Figma to name two.

Not to mention preparing the business plans, strategy, elevator pitch, and investor pack... ALL of which will change many times, evolving as we go.
