Digital Agency Nucleus
Community and coaching for Digital Agencies
Digital Agency Nucleus has been discontinued now because I got a similar job at a similar type of community, helping Digital Agency owners. It was a great run, but I'll be able to help more Digital Agency owners through this already-running community.
I'm thrilled to share the exciting news of our latest endeavor in the Digital Agency Nucleus community. Today, we are introducing a referral bonus designed for Digital Agency owners. This program aims to reward individuals who refer qualified candidates to join our community.
When you refer someone to our group, and they meet the necessary requirements and get accepted, you will receive a complimentary copy of "The Digital Agency Owner's Content Playbook." This invaluable mini-course and eBook, priced at $19.99 online, dives deep into the intricacies of content repurposing, equipping you with strategies to leverage your existing content and amplify your agency's growth.
If you're curious to learn more about the playbook and how to claim your well-deserved referral bonus, I encourage you to visit our website at https://digitalagencynucleus.com/the-digital-agency-owners-content-playbook. There, you will discover details about the playbook's value and step-by-step instructions on how to seize this referral opportunity (to qualify, you must already be a member of the community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/digitalagencynucleus).
It's worth mentioning that "The Digital Agency Owner's Content Playbook" serves as a precursor to our comprehensive resource, "The Ultimate Guide to Streamlining Content Production for Your Digital Agency's Growth" available for free (https://medium.com/digital-agency-nucleus/the-ultimate-guide-to-streamlining-content-production-for-your-digital-agencys-growth-d9bd1006ae2). While the ultimate guide provides a broad strategic framework, the content playbook takes you on a journey deep into the heart of content repurposing, offering practical insights to revolutionize your content creation process.
Embrace this chance to enhance your content creation knowledge while reaping the rewards of our referral bonus program. Start referring your colleagues and peers today, and together, let us elevate our Digital Agencies to unprecedented heights of success.

On May 28, our 6th member joined the community. I've been trying to stick to a regular schedule of content creation (as of when I'm writing this in June).
Since starting the community in April, I've been able to add different types of content based on hearing what they currently need.
You can become our 7th member here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/digitalagencynucleus (be sure to answer the membership question).

When I start a project, I usually go all in. However, that also means I don't plan, I just do.
Therefore, I didn't plan this first live as an event, so I went live to no one (I think).
The slideshow ended up not playing the music I needed it to, so I ended up remaking it and posting it in the group about an hour or so later.
I think it went well, besides me being very sick and my voice not doing well (and coughing) during the video. The sound worked well in general, including the music (though I had to add it on in the end, after all).
If you're looking at starting or growing a Digital Agency, you should consider joining. I'm planning more trainings in the future (in addition to the interviews that I'm planning for our paid tiers through Patreon).
You can learn more about this here: https://www.digitalagencynucleus.com and join the community here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/digitalagencynucleus.

Yes, believe it or not, the same day I had the idea I also had the first community member.
Story time:
I had just set up the community, planning to go live in it the next day. However, to an audience of no one.
I was ok with that because these things take time. However...
A few minutes after I had finished setting it up, a connection on LinkedIn contacted me, asking me for an idea on how to reach a certain niche.
After giving ideas for a few minutes, I told him about the community that I had just put the finishing touches on and invited him to join. He agreed.
Thus, we can't ever say that Digital Agency Nucleus (or as I like to call it, Dan) has never had a community member outside of my family (my agency is a family business, as I own it with my wife).

On April 27, 2023, I had an idea to start a community for agency owners. I already wanted to start a podcast, and a community seemed like something that would go along with that idea.
So, on the 12th anniversary of the horrible, horrible tornadoes that swept through the United States, killing hundreds of people (also leaving me without electricity for at least a week), an idea was born.
Now, to make it a reality.
