Building SellerOps Lab, a small catalog of spreadsheet tools for online sellers.

Today I shipped my first product: the Digital Seller Fee & Profit Tracker, a $9 spreadsheet that logs sales, applies Gumroad, Etsy, and Payhip fee presets, and shows net after fees plus a monthly P&L.

Also live (or in progress): an Offer Lab experiment tracker, a freelance invoice tracker, and a seller copy prompt pack.

The goal is simple: earn the first $1 of real revenue with $0 ad spend. So far, sales are $0 — no fake revenue claims here. I’m validating whether useful tools and clearer distribution can find the right audience.

I’d especially value feedback from people who sell on multiple platforms: which fee rules or reports would make this more useful?
