I wanted to share what I have been building: Diozex, a video review and client approval platform built specifically for short-form video agencies, TikTok editors, and creative studios.

The Problem: The Short-Form Video Bottleneck

Over the past few years, the video production landscape shifted dramatically. Agencies are no longer just producing one commercial every quarter. They are delivering 30 to 100 vertical cuts every month on retainer for brands.

Yet, client review workflows are still stuck in the past:

1. Legacy tools like Frame.io and Vimeo were built for horizontal desktop monitors, not mobile vertical video.

2. Brand clients hate having to create accounts, set passwords, or download apps just to approve a 30-second video. Because of this friction, clients avoid using them and send chaotic feedback on WhatsApp and Slack instead.

3. Per-seat pricing penalizes growing agencies whenever they bring on a freelance editor or a client stakeholder.

The Solution: Diozex

We built Diozex to eliminate review friction for both editors and brand clients:

- Zero-Login Mobile Review Links: Send magic links on WhatsApp, Slack, or Email. Clients review vertical cuts directly in their mobile browser with no login or password required.

- Frame-Accurate Timestamp Feedback: Clients tap exact frames to leave visual feedback, compare cut versions, and approve cuts in one tap.

- 1-Click Note Export: Editors can copy formatted timestamp checklists directly into Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve timelines.

- Custom Domain White-Labeling: Agencies can host portals on their own custom domain with their own logo and branding.

- Flat-Rate Agency Pricing: Transparent monthly plans with unlimited client reviewers, unlimited editors, and zero per-seat fees.
