Launched disposalassist.com in late January 2026. The site has free calculators that estimate demolition debris weight and recommend dumpster sizes for renovation and demolition projects.

The niche is boring (construction waste), but that's the point. No major competitor has interactive calculators. They all have blog posts with static weight charts. I built the interactive version.

Two months in, here's where it stands:

• 68 organic clicks from Google, zero paid promotion

• 9 calculator pages ranking on Google page 1

• 126 Bing AI citations,

• 10 blog articles published, 3 already indexed on page 1

• Tech stack: static HTML, Tailwind CSS, vanilla JS. No framework, no backend. Every page loads in under 2 seconds.
