Distro
Daily distribution system for founders
I built a daily growth system because most founders know what to build but not how to get customers
I kept seeing the same pattern. Founders build something solid, launch it, get a small spike of traffic, and then... silence. No users. No signups. No idea what to do next.
The product isn't the problem. Distribution is.
Most founders don't have a marketing team. They don't have a growth playbook. They open their laptop every morning and think "what should I do today to get customers?" and the answer is never clear.
I built Distro to fix that.
What Distro does
You describe your business or paste your website. Distro analyzes your product, your market, and your stage, then gives you:
A buyer profile — who your most likely customers are and where they spend time online
A growth score — how ready you are to acquire customers right now, scored across channels, content, outreach, and SEO
Your best channels — not every channel, the ones that actually make sense for your business type and stage
3 daily missions — each with 5 specific tasks you can execute in about 60 minutes total
The daily missions are the core. Every morning you log in, see what to do, execute it, and move on with your day. Distribution stops being this vague thing you'll "figure out later" and becomes a daily habit that compounds.
Why I built this
I've worked with founders across SaaS, ecommerce, local services, real estate, coaching, and mobile apps. The problem is always the same: they know their product works, but they can't figure out how to consistently get it in front of the right people.
The advice out there doesn't help. "Do content marketing." "Try cold email." "Run ads." None of that tells you what to actually do tomorrow morning for your specific product.
Distro does. It takes your business type, your audience, your stage, and turns it into a daily checklist you can follow. Not theory. Execution.
How it works
Paste your website or describe your business — takes 2 minutes
Get your growth plan — buyer profiles, channel recommendations, growth score, gaps to fix
Execute daily missions — 3 missions per day across content, outreach, SEO, communities, ads, and follow-up
It covers 20+ channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, Hacker News, Product Hunt, and more. But it doesn't tell you to do all of them. It picks the ones that fit your business and focuses you there.
It's not just for SaaS
A real estate business and a B2B SaaS company should not follow the same growth playbook. Distro understands that. It adapts the strategy, channels, and daily missions to your business type:
B2B SaaS → LinkedIn, outbound, demos, SEO, retargeting
Ecommerce → Meta, TikTok, Google Shopping, content
Local services → local SEO, Google, Meta leads, WhatsApp
Coaches and creators → lead magnets, webinars, email, community
Mobile apps → Meta, TikTok, app campaigns, creators
Real estate → Meta leads, WhatsApp, SEO, buyer education
Free growth plan
You can get a free growth plan right now. No credit card. No trial that expires. You get your growth score, buyer profile, best channels, and your first daily missions.
If your main question every morning is "what should I do next to get customers?" — this is built for that.
What I'd love from this community
Indie Hackers is full of founders in exactly this situation. You built something, you know it works, and now you need customers. I'd genuinely appreciate:
Try the free growth plan and tell me if the missions make sense for your product → www.usedistro.com
Tell me what's missing. What would make this more useful for your specific situation?
Poke holes in it. I'd rather hear honest criticism now than build the wrong thing for 6 months.
If you want a more personalized breakdown, drop your website in the comments. I'll run a full customer acquisition plan for your product for free — who your buyers are, where they're already talking, and a 7-day plan to get in front of them.
