You know the feeling.

You ship a LangChain agent. It looks clean in testing. Then in production:

Tool calls randomly return verbose nonsense instead of executing

Context windows explode and your bill spikes

P99 latency goes to shit and users complain

You have no idea what’s actually happening inside the black box

Classic indie hacker pain.

So I built Kinetic Fleet Shield — dead simple runtime scanning for production agents.

I built Kinetic because my own agents were quietly burning money and I had zero visibility.

This is exactly where agent tooling is still immature—visibility at the decision layer, not just logs or traces. Most observability tools today tell you what happened after execution, but the real pain is understanding why a tool call diverged before it happened. The interesting direction here is shifting from “debugging traces” to “runtime behavior enforcement,” where scanning becomes preventative rather than forensic.

Hey Brahman, i'd to discuss more with you concerning trace explorer, is it an app or web app?
