A place to create, join, track, and crush goals with friends
Sometimes, a new approach is exactly what is needed.
In our case, rebranding to "Dewr - A Premium Community for Personal Development" from the previous "Divuture" was a must.
Not only was "Divuture" too hard for most to pronounce - and forget about spelling it - "Dewr" exactly fits the "social media of doing" target, and helps to build a brand around taking action around goals.
As Dewr is a tool best utilized for goal-tracking and task-based management, a UX/UI facelift was also required.
Now, members are able to create and track goals with one another via a simplified Calendar page that aggregates all goals and tasks due on any given date. After all, when it comes to staying on track of your goals; organization is key!
This rebrand was made possible by countless test-user sessions, hours spent reading the IH newsletter posts - which are simple fantastic - and thinking deeply on how to simplify the process of personal development that so many of us struggle stay accountable to.

Thanks to so much helpful feedback and many suggestions, I've been able to modify and update the Divuture platform to include much-needed updates and feature additions that make setting goals with friends much more easier and intuitive.
Divuture v2.0 includes:
- Teams for tracking the progress of the Team as a whole
- Image upload for taking goal personalization a step further
- Improved performance-tracking and distribution for Goals
- A simple yet effective landing-page for greeting first-time site viewers
- Many more back-end improvements that make the user experience all the more easy and intuitive!

Finally, Divuture is available to all who seek it!
A place to create, join, track, and smash goals, building Divuture to be a valuable and effective tool has been a primary focus of mine for the last several months.
My goals now are to build the initial user-base, specifically reaching out to identified "target-demographic" users who will be able to benefit from the tool personally, as well as professionally, as Divuture is a great way to directly engage an audience + clients.
Worked with an awesome Freelancer who helped finish the MVP version of Divuture, based on my base-code!
Determining the requirements for the MVP came from various research opportunities/polling recordings that helped me understand what users would expect to have in their tool kit when creating a goal.
Originally, Divuture was to be a financial service will focus on "cultural investment" and micro-investments + equitable crowdsourcing... While the idea is now firmly on the back-burner, the new pivoted idea for Divuture has found it's time to shine!
