We wanted to share with a bigger audience what we do at DocAcquire. So there is not any better place than Product Hunt. We launched our product there to get a wider perspective from the audience.

After collecting feedback from early prospects and factoring that into the product, we launched our first beta version of DocAcquire.
These were still early days to work out the business model and the biggest challenge was to build a service that can scale.

I realized that there are many businesses out there that process documents manually and I thought there has to be an easy way to do it - to eliminate manual data entry.
Had conversations with many people coming from a different business who are paper-heavy.
Started to put together a proof of concept and validated it.
