Docset
AI-Powered Document Data Extraction Platform
Picture this: it's Monday morning. Maria runs a small accounting firm. She has 80 invoices sitting in her inbox as PDFs. Her routine? Open each one, squint at the supplier name, type it into Excel, grab the amount, grab the date, move to the next. Two hours later, she's done — tired, a little cross-eyed, and one copy-paste mistake away from a reconciliation nightmare.
Maria's story is not unique. It's happening in thousands of businesses every single week.
That's exactly the problem Docset was built to solve.
What Is Docset?
Docset is a document data extraction platform. You upload a PDF or image, define the fields you care about — supplier name, total amount, due date, invoice number, whatever is relevant to your workflow — and the AI reads the document and extracts that data for you.
Before anything is exported, you get to review every field. No blind trust in automation. You stay in control.
Once you're happy, export to Excel, CSV, or JSON in one click. Or connect directly to Google Sheets or Google Drive and have the data land exactly where your team already works.
Who Is It For?
Docset is built for anyone who deals with recurring documents where the structure is always the same but the data changes every time. Think:
- Accountants & bookkeepers processing dozens of invoices and receipts weekly
- Small business owners who don't have a dedicated finance team but still need clean data
- Operations teams digitizing forms, delivery notes, or purchase orders
- HR departments extracting data from scanned ID documents or onboarding forms
- Freelancers who want their client invoices organized in a spreadsheet without lifting a finger
If you've ever thought "I wish I could just tell the computer what to grab from this PDF" — Docset is exactly that.
## The Free Plan — Try It Without Spending a Cent
Docset has a free plan. No credit card required. You can sign up, upload your documents, define your fields, and start extracting data right away.
It's there so you can test it on your actual documents — your real invoices, your real receipts — before committing to anything. We think once you see it work on documents you deal with every day, the value becomes obvious.
When you're ready to scale or need API access, paid plans start at €25/month.
The Workflow in 4 Steps
1. Upload — Drop in a PDF or image. Invoices, receipts, forms, scanned contracts. Any document with structured data.

2. Define your fields — Tell Docset what to look for. "Supplier Name", "Total Amount", "Invoice Date", "PO Number" — any field, any format (text, number, date). You create the template once and reuse it forever.

3. Review — The AI extracts the data and presents it for your approval. Fix anything that doesn't look right before it goes anywhere.

4. Export or integrate — Download as Excel, CSV, or JSON. Or send it straight to Google Sheets or Google Drive — your data flows directly into your existing workflow without extra steps.

The Bigger Picture
Manual data entry isn't just slow — it's error-prone. A wrong digit in an invoice amount, a missed decimal, a supplier name mistyped. These mistakes don't just cost time to fix; in financial data they can have real consequences.
Docset removes the human-error factor from the equation. The AI doesn't get tired at invoice number 47. It doesn't lose focus. And because you review before exporting, you get both speed and confidence in your data.
Back to Maria — with Docset, those 80 invoices that used to eat her Monday morning? She uploads them, checks the review screen with a coffee in hand, and exports to her Google Sheet. Done in 15 minutes.
That's what Docset is for.

About
I built Docset because I kept watching businesses waste hours manually copying data from PDFs and invoices into spreadsheets a problem that's both universal and completely solvable with AI.

Clear use case. Invoice fatigue is real, especially for small accounting teams.
Since you’re handling financial documents, security and data boundaries will be critical:
• Are uploaded PDFs stored long term, or processed and deleted after extraction?
• Is document content encrypted at rest and in transit?
• If you use third-party LLM or OCR APIs, are documents ever retained or used for model training?
Accountants deal with sensitive supplier, tax, and payment information. Clear retention policies and strict tenant isolation will matter as much as extraction accuracy.
Concept is strong. If you make security boring and predictable, firms will trust it with real financial workflows.
