Docular
Don't let your documentation turn stale.
Today Docular was launched on Product Hunt. We purposefully set ourselves a very short cycle to build a tightly scoped product.
So in two weeks we had built our MVP and rather than spending ages perfecting every aspect of it, we launched it.
So as of today you can sign up, connect your Notion account, and schedule email reminders, automatically on a recurring basis.
We have lots more ideas and thoughts on other integrations but in two weeks we have managed to build a product that delivers day 1 value and that's pretty cool.
In my full-time job Notion is used as a source of internal documentation. As one of the engineers, I am responsible for parts of that documentation, parts related to the areas of the app I work on. Releasing a feature, it's easy to write that documentation but as the feature evolves and you ship small changes or tweak something here or there it becomes more difficult to keep that documentation up to date. I see this in other parts of the team too, internal and external documentation changes, support articles, and processes change.
So that's how I came up with the idea for Docular. A simple solution, to assign feature champions to individual pages and then to send automatic reminders to encourage the champions to check the articles and make sure they remain relevant.

About
Products, features, and internal processes change often. Customer-facing support articles, as well as internal documentation, tend to fall behind. Docular helps your team keep those articles up-to-date.
