I'm Rares, a solo founder from Romania. For the past 3 months I've been building Docuyond as a side project while working full-time.

What it is:

An AI chatbot widget that small businesses can add to their site with one line of code. Upload your docs and FAQs, and it answers customer questions 24/7. When it doesn't know something, it admits it and offers to connect to human support.

Why I built it:

AI has gotten really good at answering questions accurately - but most small businesses don't know that. They still think of those terrible "press 1 for hours" bots from 2020.

I wanted to make something that's actually accurate (learns from your real docs), affordable (starts free, paid plans from $19/month), and easy to set up (5 minutes, no coding).

Where I'm at:

$0 MRR, 0 paying customers yet
$5/month hosting costs (Cloudflare is amazing)
Live product with a free tier

What surprised me:

The build-in-public community has been incredibly welcoming everywhere I've posted. But finding actual B2B customers? Way harder than I expected. LinkedIn growth is slow and getting in front of the right people feels like shouting into the void.
