Does Monday Work?

I don't even look at my calendar that much, honestly. This wasn't a "my life is chaos" origin story. I was just thinking about daily puzzle games, the Wordle/Connections type stuff, trying to figure out what to build next, and this thought hit me: everyone's made a puzzle out of words, numbers, colors... why has nobody made one out of a calendar? Calendars are basically a grid with constraints already. That's a puzzle waiting to happen.

So that's Does Monday Work?. Every day you get a fresh puzzle: a handful of events (vet checkup, book club, cabin retreat, whatever) and a month on a calendar. You drag each event onto a date, and you have to satisfy a growing pile of rules — no double-booking, some events need to land on a weekend, some need to be a certain number of days after another event, and "disruptions" pop in to randomly block dates just to mess with you. Rules and events reveal themselves as you go, so it plays like a logic puzzle that unfolds in real time instead of dumping everything on you at once.

Why I'm actually doing it:

• The idea just felt too obvious to not exist yet, which is either a great sign or a red flag. Building it was the only way to find out.

• I like daily puzzle games and wanted to make one instead of just playing one for once.

• Small scope, one clear concept, ship it and see if anyone else thinks a calendar can be a puzzle too.

New puzzle every day, no account needed. You can share your result when you finish, or lose gracefully to a disruption on a Tuesday.

Would genuinely love feedback on whether the rules make sense as you're solving, and if the difficulty ramp feels fair. Also just curious if anyone's tried this before and I somehow missed it.
