June 18, 2026 I'm launching Dojo!

A relative of mine has been working as a corporate trainer in work security for a large training firm for years. He has always felt that he was underpaid for his expertise and wanted more autonomy. At the same time, he had a lot of contacts in smaller businesses who needed training, but he could not provide it to them - the firm he worked for was not ready to ask for less to train smaller groups. One day he said that we wanted to start his own training business, but that he did not find a tool to facilitate his workflow: link-in-bio for program discoverability, cross-enterprise session scheduling, attendee tracking and evaluation, virtual courses, integration with his invoicing system. We designed Dojo with his use case in mind. I'm very happy to be launching this week!

What I find interesting is that the story starts with one trainer's workflow and ends with a much broader product.

That's often where things get interesting.

A solution can fit the original problem perfectly and still end up succeeding or failing based on a slightly different problem than the one that inspired it.

About

The current gap in the industry is that many expert corporate trainers work for large training corporations, earning little for their expertise. Dojo allows them to go solo and streamline their practice.
