Medium Tarot pub gets design tweaks, new content

Renaming my SubStack and Medium Tarot projects for better alignment. Continuing to post installments of "The Historical Tarot" on Medium--and so far they have been distributed (promoted by Medium), which has been a really nice surprise. The pub already has 16 followers, which is not a lot--but definitely a start!
