After my rant about Recovering from being a "justwannabuildcoolstuff"-er, I received some great support from the community. Really thankful for this subreddit.

Anyway part 1 of the plan was the JUST SHIP the stuff I had felt was not ready, because I kept making the mistake of adding "just one feature" without ever validating a need in the first place and burning money, time, energy.

So after that day I went and just blocked out all the "premium" features and decided to add an email waitlist instead. That actually made the product basically ready for pre-launch. I'm making my first submission to Product Hunt after so many projects that just went absolutely nowhere from fear of failure.
