Easy group photo sharing
Letting single event purchases be non-recurring payments while maintaining subscriptions for the higher level plans. Seems to be converting well so far for those hesitant to subscribe for something they only need once.
Updated the pricing page and now looking to see if there are any upsells for that bracket.
Changed the focus of the landing page to target remote teams and groups instead of in person events. There was a large downturn at the beginning of the pandemic as group events dried up and so did the need to collect those event based photos. By reframing the ads and focus of the landing page to remote teams and groups we have found new audiences for the product.
Been lurking for long enough. I'm coming out of the shadows and going to start contributing to the community I've learned so much from.

I'm hoping to increase conversions this way. I have specific goals but nothing I would want to share publicly at the moment. Thanks for asking!
you should try to be public with goals.... helps keep you accountable and lights a fire under my ass.
