Find Your Customers Before Your Competitors Does
For the last 1.5 years, I've been building products.
The funny thing is that building got easier.
Finding customers didn't.
Every time I launched something, I ended up doing the same thing:
Searching Reddit for relevant discussions
Trying dozens of keywords
Looking through X posts
Reading LinkedIn conversations
Checking who was asking for recommendations
Looking for people frustrated with existing tools
I wasn't doing sales.
I was doing manual internet archaeology.
The information was already out there. People were openly talking about their problems and looking for solutions.
The problem was finding those conversations consistently.
After repeating this process across multiple products, I got tired of searching manually and built a tool for myself.
That tool eventually became EarlyCustomers.
Not because I wanted to start another SaaS.
Because I wanted to spend more time building and less time hunting for customers.
Curious how other founders are finding their first customers today.
About
After building products for 1 years, I realized finding customers was harder than building. EarlyCustomers automates the manual search for people already looking for solutions.
