This has been discussed so many times! Most of the time candidates complain that after they apply for a job, they don't get any update from the company. And specially if they were called for an interview or test, but they are not selected, they don't get proper feedback. This is specially important for young applicants or fresher, so they could prepare better for the next job, otherwise, it creates frustration.

To solve this in an organized way, we have deployed an update in easy.jobs SaaS Platform, any company using our solution can send proper letters, information, and feedback to any candidate when they choose to reject.
