This has been discussed so many times! Most of the time candidates complain that after they apply for a job, they don't get any update from the company. And specially if they were called for an interview or test, but they are not selected, they don't get proper feedback. This is specially important for young applicants or fresher, so they could prepare better for the next job, otherwise, it creates frustration.
To solve this in an organized way, we have deployed an update in easy.jobs SaaS Platform, any company using our solution can send proper letters, information, and feedback to any candidate when they choose to reject. We have templates, they could create it save it, and the company will also have to write personalized feedback to the candidate so the candidate could know better why he/she was not selected.

We pushed 14 languages on backend over a month ago, but frontend, specially public-facing page like company page, job page, etc was not translation capable, now with V 2.3.1 we now fully translate capable. Just one thing to note, our system handles only texts from the system, so if you want your company description or job details to in one particular language, you will have to write those in that language. You will be able to select one default language for your frontend or entire account.
From start, we have seen the diversity of our users, and as Recruitment is one core element for a business to succeed, we realize language should not be a barrier.
This version 2.3.1 brings in a lot more fix and enhancements, check the list below -
V 2.3.1 - June 18, 2020
- Language switcher added on the public pages.
- Conversation with the candidate is well-formatted now like break allowed.
- Note format is improved under individual candidate details.
- Fix: Question set name & Question title validation.
- The question number(serial) added to the candidate details page on the evaluation tab under the screening questions section & job apply screening questions section.
- When a user is landing on the candidate details page, the Candidate menu will be highlighted.
- Status dropdown does not open on the 1st click issue fixed.
- Reset Password confirmation message has changed and updated.
- My Account input form is labeled and the error message has been fixed.
- When a candidate is visiting the message details, the Message menu will be highlighted.
- Not getting verification mail because of a long E-mail address, this issue is fixed now.
- The style has been updated for the job preview page. The responsive screen size is 1200px now.
- The default language selection is implemented for the company.
- Job candidate page filter has improved
- Confirmation message added during deleting the candidate note.
- Job Published date has separated from created/updated
- Hiding the notification panel by clicking on โAll clearโ.
Next there will be a massive update in our WordPress Plugin.

- Draggable pipeline sorting added in the pipeline.
- Drag and drop option added to move the candidates to another pipeline.
- Language switcher added on public pages.
- Option to set โExam Durationโ and โMarksโ has been removed from the question set making part. It can be set while creating the job.
- The question update date issue is fixed and updated.
Validation system has improved and now it's more readable on the mentioned pages (My Account, Company Settings, The Company Create Pages, Question Set) - Success and Error messages are improved on several pages.
Terms & Policy link added in the company create page.
Issues on creating the company have been fixed and improved. - Signup, Login and Reset password validation messages are added.
- Notification text has been improved to make it more readable to the user.
- Removed and Updated inconsistent Add buttons.
- Readable email verification messages added on the platform.
- For mobile devices, the Hamburger menu for the settings page has been improved.
- Frontend & backend both validation has been improved in the job creation option.
In my account, users will see special packages. - The candidate dashboard navigation link has been added on the platform.
- Option to remove the media (e.g. company logo, favicon, cover photo & gallery photos)
All the founders joined by the nice beach penthouse at Ha Long, Vietnam, from multiple continents! We launched the product to the wild. 200+ paid users within first 24 Hr, and a crazy marathon night!
Our journey has been an epic one since then. We have learned so much, we are touched by many founders' story, and struggle.
We did own the National ICT Award in Startup Category to start with. We never had to look back! fun journey ahead!
