I use multiple computers at the same desk, and after a while, the setup started getting annoying.
Every time I wanted to work on another machine, I had to switch keyboards and mice. Then there were files to move, text to copy, and different screens to manage.
There were already tools that solved parts of this. But I wanted one thing that handled the whole workflow.
So I started building EasySwitch.
The idea is pretty simple: connect your computers and make them feel like one workspace.
You can use one keyboard and mouse across Windows, macOS, and Linux, copy and paste between devices, transfer files, and even use another computer as a virtual display.
The fun part has been building the low-level networking and cross-platform pieces needed to make all of this feel seamless.
And something I honestly didn't expect: people have already started purchasing EasySwitch before we've even done the real launch or started serious promotion. We’ve already made $193 in sales.
That gave me a pretty strong signal that I'm not the only person who finds this problem annoying.
Now I'm trying to turn it from something that works on my own desk into something a lot more people can use.

The $193 in sales before a real launch is the strongest signal here. There’s already evidence that the problem is painful enough for people to pay for, not just complain about.

That $193 really gave me the confidence to keep pushing. It’s still early, but knowing people were willing to pay before the proper launch was a great validation that the problem is real.

Are you planning on expanding this into mobile devices too (send from a PC to a mobile device or vice-versa)? That would be really good!
The idea sounds really good and the positioning is good too, especially nowadays when everyone cares for their privacy. Also, the fact that you can literally move files between different OS with no cloud is brilliant in itself.
How do you plan to monetise this considering you only ask for a flat, one-time fee? Or you aren't looking for high margins? The market is relatively small, so probably the multi-screen enterprise infrastructure environments can potentially increase margins.

Thanks! We already have a Web Bridge, so any device on the same network can use a browser to send/download files and text - including mobile. No app or cloud needed.
Right now, EasySwitch is a one-time purchase. I’m also exploring workspace-focused features for the future, so the pricing model may evolve as those features take shape.
