Easyw9Form

I started EasyW9Form because I felt that simple tax and business paperwork was unnecessarily complicated for freelancers, contractors, landlords, and small businesses.

The original idea was pretty simple: if someone just needs a W-9 or an invoice, they shouldn't have to install software, create an account, or learn complicated accounting software just to get a basic document prepared.

So I started building EasyW9Form as a free, browser-based tool.

It currently includes tools for things like:

• W-9 forms

• W-8BEN forms

• Invoice generation

• PDF document generation

• Resources explaining common tax and business paperwork

I'm intentionally keeping it simple and free rather than trying to turn it into another complicated accounting platform.

I'm still early. There isn't a huge user base or big revenue story yet, and that's actually why I wanted to share it here.

I'm interested in learning what people who run small businesses, freelance, or work with contractors find frustrating about paperwork and what tools they wish existed.
