Looking for a Junior App Developer — Paid + Equity (Brooklyn-based but open to remote)
I’m a Brooklyn-based creator building Echo — a minimalist proximity-based app that helps people connect when they’re physically near others with shared interests. Think: real-world serendipity powered by a ping.
I’m looking for a developer (recent grad or junior) who’s fluent in React Native or experienced with no-code platforms (Adalo, FlutterFlow, etc.) to help bring this to life. Ideally, you’re someone curious, collaborative, and excited about solving real-world loneliness and friction in social tech.
Compensation:
Paid for initial build/prototype (we can scope this together)
Equity if you’re interested in staying on long-term
Open to flexible arrangements for the right person
Bonus if you’re NYC-based (so we can meet), but remote is fine.
