As a result, AI use in small businesses too often stops at a chat tab on someone's laptop.
We started Echo to close that gap. Echo lets anyone build a human-governed AI agent in under 5 minutes that can chat, sell, book, and convert across web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Discord, and Slack, with native integrations for Stripe, Square, PayPal, Google Calendar, Calendly, Shopify, and more. No code, no Zapier glue, no separate stack for every job.
The human always stays in charge. Echo agents take on your brand voice, or your own personal one if you're a creator or solo operator. They learn from your docs, your site, and your FAQs, and they only do what you let them do. You set the tone, the rules, the catalogue, the prices, and the boundaries. Positioning is strong. "Built for the butcher, not the tech team" is genuinely differentiated and I get it immediately.
One thing worth looking at: you have 100+ agents created but $530/mo. That's a conversion or expansion leak somewhere — either trials aren't converting to paid, or paid users aren't upgrading. With 14 integrations and 5.8k messages processed, the usage is there. The revenue doesn't match the activity yet.
