EkZapp
Free online PDF, image & document tools — no signup
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I built EkZapp because I got tired of paywalled PDF/image tools that force you to sign up or pay just to compress a file or merge two PDFs.
It's a solo side-project — Flask backend, all client-side where possible for speed and privacy. Right now it covers:
PDF tools: merge, split, compress, unlock, watermark, add page numbers, PDF editor
Image tools: compress, resize, background remover, passport photo maker, favicon generator
Generators: signature, invoice, resume, amount-in-words converter
Calculators & converters: GST, EMI, BMI, unit/currency, Base64/URL encoder
No login required, no watermarks, and it's monetized only through ads (no premium paywall trap).
Still early — traffic is tiny, SEO is a slow grind, and I'm building new tools + blog content every week. Would love feedback on what's missing or what breaks!
Which tool category should I prioritize next — more PDF tools, or more generators?
