Elea
Build it right, run it clean, know where you stand
I kept seeing the same thing: people starting a business with no idea what software to use, or already running one and paying for 10-20 tools with no clue what's overlapping or wasted. So I built Elea to cover the whole arc, not just one piece.
Just starting out? It walks you through a launch checklist (legal, banking, insurance, tools) in order, and recommends a stack based on your industry and budget.
Already running a business? You tell it what tools you're using and it runs a guided audit that surfaces waste and overlap — people are finding $75-900/year in stuff they forgot about. It's manual right now, kind of like the early version of what Rocket Money does for subscriptions. Automatic detection is coming.
It also flags compliance gaps (GDPR, HIPAA) before they become problems, with no vendor relationships or referral fees shaping any of it.
Next up: more comprehensive audits aiming for the depth of a $10,000+ third-party firm, plus coverage for required internal audits.
Just added a free tier, no card needed. Paid plans start at $9/mo.
Would love feedback from anyone here, pre-launch or years in, what's broken, confusing, or missing matters more to me than signups right now.
About
I built Elea after watching small businesses bleed money on software nobody tracked. Every AI or tool advising on this has partnerships shaping its advice. Elea has none , just the truth about your stack.
