January 22, 2020 Big MVP development

When there’s a problem that I’m working on and I’m having a really hard time figuring it out I like to work on design things to get some creative juices flowing. That being said I was having a hard time figuring out the most performant way to structure a separation in users databases. So I worked on some designs for the product and in the meantime I figured out a really cool way to put up a pretty secure firewall between databases and keep them fast.

January 5, 2020 Basic UI design

I’ve got enough of the UI design that I’ll be able to work on the MVP so that I can have a decent visual reference of how data will flow. Along with the basic steps the user will need to create/delete databases and information inside them. Also, it shows how the user can grab their API endpoint URLs to put inside their app.

January 3, 2020 Idea formation

Whenever I am working on a project that consumes data from a database I always seem to fumble with getting a database set up and dealing with api URLs.

So to combat that I’ve decided I’m going to make a service where I can just click a button and create a new database and Customize the fields in the database.

I’ve already purchased a domain because it struck me as a great one. https://www.epoint.io

I’m wanting to make it so simple that even a non-technical user can set up their database.

All I need to do now is get the MVP finished to give demos.

About

I think building api endpoints for testing a new product I’m working on is tedious. So I’m designing a system to quickly and easily set up api URLs with a data GUI.
