Worlds first talent based social media platform
Most hiring platforms ask:
"Where did you work?"
We're more interested in:
"What can you actually do?"
That's why we built Eqly.
A social platform where people can showcase skills, projects, ideas, and proof of work instead of relying entirely on résumés.
Recent milestones:
• Recruiters are actively using the platform
• ₹156 LPA+ opportunities are available
• Jobs from companies like NVIDIA and Anthropic are being surfaced
• Elon Mode challenges your thinking
• DNA Mode helps improve the quality of your responses
• New users are joining every week to build their professional presence
We're still early.
Which means early users have a chance to shape the product and stand out before the crowd arrives.
If you're tired of being filtered out by keywords and résumé screens, give it a try.
I'd love to hear what you'd change.
As an start-up owner, the difference between your company and Elon musk's company is the people you hire.
"The best will deliver the best" but the issue is how will you find the best when everyone is writing they are best on resume and ATS is just keyword matching algorithm nothing else which everyone trying to appease by writing random prompts and superficial numbers in their resumes.
Nowadays people are collecting certificates like Ash used to collect Pokémon's.
As a startup owner a good hire can literally make or brake your company find you Shawn parker and you are "Next Mark Zuckerberg" and if you don't you end up becoming another "has been" in the graveyard of "has been's".
So how to solve this existential problem? My answer is simple don't hire based on resume and certificates hire based on how your potential employee thinks. How do he approach the problem ? Does he have the "edge" or "The instinct" in product development ? can he think like someone who has everything on line or he's their just to earn his "bread and butter"?
When elon was developing Spacex he was about to go "broke" and company was about to go dead but his team gave him the breakthrough and SpaceX is now seeing a 1.7 trillion valuation and deep inside we all want our company to grow like that, To make an impact and to be something worth remembering and not just another "has been" nobody cares about.
see as a start-up owner myself I can tell you we have everything on the line we can't slack off, we have to deliver at any cost. May be this is the beauty of our life otherwise we would have picked the normal lives like everyone else.
So Main issue is how do you do it? and how to make it convenient and the most important factor where' the proof that your next employee is what he say he is when all the LinkedIn calls itself the next Steve jobs ?
Introducing eqly.in - Worlds first talent based social media platform for job seekers.
A place where you are hire based on what you can do and not based on the random keywords in your resume. Our simple question is can you deliver what you say you are gong to deliver or not ?
So is it some boring saas platform? where we give you some task and then ask you to solve it or ask you some random question to solve such as what is inheritance and write five example of inheritance? Nope, its simple all you have to do is upload a 2 min video of what you can do. what's your expertise and How you are different?
We don't ask you to upload a 9 hr python course and then judge you based on it. We judge you based on your "first principle thinking" we judge based on 'understanding of the topic' imagine you are explaining a vast topic to an 5 year old and ask him to explain the topic to him just like Richard Feynman wanted.
You can only understand something when you can explain something to five year old because now you genuinely need o understand everything first . You need to know what's important and what's not. You have to understand the depth yourself first then and then you can explain on camera. Its simple yet effective.
We judge based on the "First principle approach" and the "design thinking" of yours imagine you are interviewed by elon musk himself and based on that we give recommendation score to your user and based on that you will be recommended.
I know you are curious does it even work ? or is it just another too much promises and suck at execution project?
Bring your best engineer or manager and ask him to try our elon mode from eqly.in and you will get your answers yourself.
Let the work speak for itself.

The core insight here is strong: resumes and certificates are getting easier to inflate, so hiring based only on keywords is becoming less useful. A short video that shows how someone thinks, explains, and breaks down a topic could be a better signal than another polished resume.
Where I’d be careful is positioning. “Hire like Elon Musk” creates attention, but the product may eventually need to sound less like a personality-driven hiring hack and more like a serious talent intelligence platform. If recruiters, startups, or hiring teams are trusting the platform’s scoring, the brand has to feel credible before they even test the candidate videos.
eqly.in is short, but the .in extension and the current name may box it into a smaller/local feeling before the idea has a chance to feel global.
If the bigger direction is talent signal, thinking-pattern assessment, and better hiring decisions, Beryxa .com would fit that product layer better. It gives the platform a cleaner SaaS feel and leaves room for candidate profiles, recommendation scores, video proof, and hiring intelligence under one brand before users and employer memory lock in.
About
I'm an AI researcher who spent years being overlooked ,not because my work was weak, but because I didn't have the right college or connections. EQLY exists so that never happens to anyone else.
