Companies have an ATS. Now you do too.
He's one of the sharpest people I know. Then he started job hunting, and it slowly wore him down.
Dozens of applications, then dozens more. Recruiters who said "we'll be in touch" and never were. A spreadsheet that was out of date by Tuesday. Somewhere around application sixty he couldn't tell me which company he'd applied to, which CV he'd sent, or who had actually replied.
Maybe you've been there too. Maybe you're there right now.
Here's the thing that got me. Every company he applied to ran him through an ATS, software that tracks every candidate and every email. The person actually doing the applying just gets a messy spreadsheet.
So I built Erioun, a personal ATS for the job seeker instead of the company. Every application gets its own email address so replies file themselves, your CV gets scored against each job before you send it, and your whole search lives in one calm place instead of fifteen tabs.
I built it so nobody has to search alone.
It's live now if you want to take a look erioun.com
So please let me know what's the one thing that would've made your worst job search bearable?

About
My best friend's job search broke him — endless applications, ghosting, no system. Companies get an ATS; he got a spreadsheet. So I built Erioun: replies file themselves, CVs get scored, nothing slips.

I like that you started from a real person's frustration instead of a feature list.
One thing I'd keep testing is whether people buy into "a personal ATS" or into the feeling of staying in control of a job search that otherwise becomes chaotic. Those aren't necessarily the same position, and one is likely much stronger than the other.
