The strongest part here is preserving the original room structure. Real estate users are not just buying better images — they need confidence that the listing still represents the actual property.
The next challenge is proving whether AI staging improves buyer engagement enough to become part of the agent's regular workflow.

I completely agree. For real estate, realism isn't just about making the image look good. The output has to remain faithful to the actual property, otherwise the better-looking image can actually create more problems than it solves.
That's one of the things we've focused on with EstateAI, especially preserving the room's architecture, perspective, walls, windows, and existing structure while using AI to add or change the visual layer.
And yes, the engagement question is probably the more interesting part now. We're still early and actively collecting feedback and usage data to understand where AI staging genuinely improves the listing workflow and buyer experience.
