EternaAI Health
Ambient AI for clinicians
All my life, I’ve had two passions: medicine and building things.
Before becoming a clinician, I always wanted to be a coder. To me, coding has always felt like being a chef, an engineer, and an artist all at once , having the tools to create something that has never existed before.
Then I became a clinician. Working inside hospitals gave me a very different perspective: I saw the problems, the inefficiencies, and the daily struggles of my colleagues. For the past 20 years, I’ve talked with physicians, nurses, consultants, and every type of clinician you can imagine. And one challenge has been clear: electronic health records (EHRs).
EHR systems were introduced with good intentions. Yes, they improved some aspects of patient safety and helped standardize documentation. But the reality is that their biggest benefits went to billing and revenue capture. For the people using them daily clinicians , they often made life harder, not easier. We’ve spent decades trying to convince people to use them. Adoption is there, but satisfaction? That’s a different story. Everyone knows the frustration.
I believe we are standing at a moment of opportunity that has never existed before. AI can lift healthcare to a new level , one where technology finally supports clinicians, rather than becoming another burden.
That’s why I started EternaAI Health.
EternaAI is our first step in proving what’s possible. It’s an ambient AI assistant designed to reduce documentation burden and return time back to clinicians. Right now, we’re testing four core features:
Scribe → generate, regenerate, and edit clinical notes
Ambient Workflow → listen in real time and convert conversations into summaries
Form Filling → complete forms using templates and preferences
Quick Notes → capture short thoughts on the fly
This is still early, and it’s important to be clear: this beta is for testing and feedback only. No real patient data should be used at this stage. But even as an early proof, it shows what AI can do , and the potential is huge. If you want to try it, you can sign up at eternaaihealth.com and use the promotion code EARLYACCESS to unlock one free month of our Professional Tier.
And the vision goes much further:
Improving how patients and clinicians connect
Reducing risk where documentation gaps exist
Supporting education and training
Preparing for visits and precheck workflows
Creating entirely new use cases that we haven’t seen before in healthcare
This is just the beginning.
I’m sharing this here on IndieHackers because I know this community values both building and storytelling. I’d love your feedback:
What do you think about the future of AI in healthcare?
Which of these features would you test first?
What would make a tool like this indispensable?
We’re a small team, but passionate. If you’re interested in testing, or just want to share your thoughts, I’d love to hear from you. Your feedback will directly shape how EternaAI grows.
Thank you for reading my story, and for helping us explore what’s possible when technology finally works for clinicians, not against them.

About
I’m deeply passionate about improving clinician well-being. Over my years in healthcare IT, I’ve seen clinicians spend countless hours on documentation rather than patient care. EternaAI exists to ease that burden
