July 31, 2026 We're hiring — building the world's first emotional intelligence ecosystem

I'm Shashwath, founder of Eunoie — we're a small team working on one of the hardest problems in AI: understanding human emotional context and building AI personas that feel genuinely emotionally intelligent. Live product, 100+ users, 1000+ conversations already.

We just opened 7 internship roles, all remote:

  • GenAI Builder Intern — architect and fine-tune generative pipelines that understand emotional context

  • LLM Systems Intern — design multi-turn dialogue systems that feel genuinely human

  • Deep Learning Intern (Perception & Signal) — train/deploy models detecting emotional signals in text, voice, behaviour

  • Applied ML Research Intern — run experiments at the frontier of emotional AI, shipped to real users

  • Product Design Intern (UI/UX) — design interfaces as emotionally intelligent as the AI behind them

  • Grimoire-Writer — write the "grimoires" that define each Eunoie persona's soul, voice, and emotional depth

  • Eunoie Evangelist (Growth & Content) — make the world care before we launch

Every role here has direct, real impact — you're not shipping into a vacuum, you're shipping to actual users having real conversations.

July 31, 2026 Why I'm Building Eunoie

Most people don't have anyone to actually think out loud with. Therapy's expensive and slow, friends have limited bandwidth, and there's this huge gap between "I need to talk about this" and any real place to do it.

That's why I built Eunoie — an AI emotional intelligence platform with Nora at its core, an AI that actually remembers context, picks up on patterns over time, and helps people process decisions, emotions, and relationships without the friction of scheduling a session or performing wellness.

We're already at 100+ users and 1,000+ conversations, and it's clear people want this. This isn't a therapy replacement — it's the layer before therapy even becomes necessary, or the support that fills the gap when it's not accessible.

  1. 1

Emotional intelligence is a powerful angle, but also broad.

The products that stick usually anchor to a specific situation or outcome.

What’s the main use case you’re seeing so far?

  2. 1

What stood out to me is that you're framing the product around giving people somewhere to think, rather than somewhere to get answers.

That changes the expectation completely. Sometimes the value of a conversation comes less from the response itself and more from having enough continuity to understand your own thinking over time.

About

Eunoie exists because most people don't have anyone to actually think out loud with — therapy's expensive and slow, friends have limited bandwidth.
