EVE
AI inventory intelligence for D2C brands
Hey everyone,
Over the last few months I've been building EVE.
The original vision was an AI-powered operating system for D2C brands, but after sharing the product publicly and getting feedback, I'm realizing that inventory intelligence may be the most valuable problem to solve first.
Today EVE focuses on:
• Stockout risk detection
• Dead stock analysis
• Reorder recommendations
• Profitability insights
One piece of feedback that stood out was that the product felt more focused than my messaging. That made me rethink who the first customer should be and what problem I should lead with.
For founders and operators working in ecommerce or D2C:
What is your biggest inventory-related challenge today?
I'd love to learn how others are currently solving these problems.

What I like about this pivot is that you didn’t try to keep the “platform vision” too early. Inventory intelligence is one of those areas where the pain is very concrete, but the signal is often buried under multiple dashboards and spreadsheets. Focusing on stockout risk + dead stock first feels like the right entry point because it’s where money leakage is most visible to operators.
