I’ve been lurking here for a while and finally decided to start sharing what I’m working on.

I’m building EventSignal - a lightweight tool that helps you collect user feedback at the moment it matters. Instead of long surveys or generic forms, it lets you trigger simple, contextual questions based on what users actually do in your product (e.g. “User did X → ask Y”).

The idea came from seeing how much useful feedback just gets missed because:

• users don’t want to fill out forms

• timing is off

• or the questions aren’t relevant

I’m trying to keep things really simple and focused, especially for early-stage startups and devs who don’t have time to set up complex tooling.

Right now I’m in that messy stage of figuring out:

• whether this is actually valuable enough

• who it really clicks with

• and how to position it without sounding like yet another “analytics tool”

If you’ve ever struggled to get useful feedback from users, I’d genuinely love to hear how you’re doing it (or what’s frustrating about it).
