June 9, 2026 10 Days. 200 Tools. 0 Users. Am I crazy, or is this the future of indies?

Okay, I need to vent a little. I just spent the last 10 days living on coffee, terminal output, and sheer stubbornness. I think I might have lost my mind. But I also might have built something that actually matters. I'm just not sure yet.

The crazy part: I didn't hand-code most of this. I acted as a "manager" for an autonomous AI agent system. I gave it the vision, I set the rules, and it did the grinding. I told it: "Build a massive, free, no-nonsense tool site. No subscriptions. No login walls. Just tools that work perfectly in the browser."

I didn't want another SaaS that asks for my credit card just to resize an image. I wanted a factory, not just a product.

The result? 10 days ago we were a blank repo. Today? We have 200 tools live on the site.

I'm talking about the heavy lifters: PDF to Excel, HEIC to JPG, Video compressors, Subtitle extractors... And the dev staples: JSON formatters, SQL beautifiers, Regex testers, Cron generators.

It feels like I'm running a digital Swiss Army knife factory. And the best part? It's all running on a fully automated pipeline. I wake up, check the reports, fix the edge cases, and go.

The ugly part (The reality check): Right now? 0 visitors. Well, okay, maybe my mom checked it. And maybe me, 500 times. But statistically? Zero.

It's tough, man. You look at this massive wall of useful, free, clean tools—stuff that actually saves people time—and the internet just... ignores it. It's like opening a brand new shop in the middle of the desert. The SEO sandbox is brutal. Google is looking at us like "Who is this new kid?" and keeping the gates shut.

Why am I posting this? Because I'm stubborn. And because I want to prove that the "AI + Indie" workflow isn't just hype. We built a production machine. We went from 0 to 200 assets in 240 hours. That speed shouldn't be ignored.

The site is live: https://www.evergreen99.top

I want honest, brutal feedback.

  • Is it actually useful, or just "AI noise"?

  • Which tools would you actually bookmark and use daily?

  • And if you're an SEO wizard or traffic god... please help a poor indie dev out. How do I wake Google up? 😭

Roast it, praise it, or just tell me to go get some sleep. I'm listening.

I got tired of clicking "Sign Up" just to convert a PDF or resize an image. The internet is becoming a subscription trap where every simple tool holds your file hostage. I wanted to build the opposite: a massive collecti
