Side product (theme) from blogging challenges?
by LougarouSo as part of blogging I had a few challenges from Google Search Console and Adsense. I was using the official TwentyTwenty Wordpress theme for my blog because I think it looks really clean. But GSC flagged a few issues regarding Web Core Vitals and Page experience on Mobile. I had to do a few CSS modifications in order to get it 100% score.
Then I wanted to maximize my AdSense monetisation. Other themes have a sidebar where you could add ads but this one didn't have any. To add to the problem I wanted to keep my blog AMP and I couldn't find a theme which was both AMP and had 2 sidebars.
So I did a few code modifications to add 2 sidebars for that. This increased by revenue by 20% (4$ to 5$ ^^').
Anyway, I compiled the whole thing into a child theme that you can use for free if you want.
