Been awhile but I just update the logos and store description of my chrome extension

Updated my extension to version 0.0.5! Nothing to big within this update, but I have updated the icon and store listing. I am hoping this will help others to find my extension and provide more people with a solution to closing the launch pages that so many web apps open!
