I recently got a bit of feedback on my chrome extension! A user sent me an email saying that they enjoyed the chrome extension and requested "the ability to quickly disable it without having to go into "manage extension".
I found this super valuable because I also wanted to add something similar because sometimes settings get reload or cache cleared so it doesn't remember the auto open app option. I added this via a new toggle and it works awesome for when you need to view or adjust something on a page that is normally closed automatically!

Added a sweet new toggle that allows you manage the chrome extension through the popup menu. The feature was really cool to add and involved some more advanced reading and writing from the local google chrome storage. I am super excited that I was able to get this done and am very happy with the results!
Updated my extension to version 0.0.5! Nothing to big within this update, but I have updated the icon and store listing. I am hoping this will help others to find my extension and provide more people with a solution to closing the launch pages that so many web apps open!
I created my first product in order to help clean up my chrome browser. I struggle to close tabs and the launch tabs from zoom do not help! So I created an extension to solve it! The extension automatically closes launch tabs from zoom when clicking a zoom hyper link!
I have updated my extension again! Now it will automatically close Figma links too! Let me know if you have any other apps that could benefit from being auto closed! Based off some feedback from another indiehacker I have updated my title and description to hopefully show up in search results a little bit better! Also I updated what my dropdown looks like. I removed my name and made it a little bit cleaner overall. An update on downloads - the extension has been downloaded 17 times now and uninstalled 4! Will continue to push updates to eventually allow the user to input what pages they want to auto close upon opening! I recently updated my extension to now close zoom, asana, and slack launch tabs! In addition I also did some exploring on storage within chrome extension and now it will remember how many tabs it has helped clean up!
Overall my extension has been downloaded 12 times and only uninstalled 3 times. Not sure how to better get the word about my extension, but very happy to at least be helping some people!

Hey Mark, good luck with your extension. I would probably update your listing title to exactly that "close zoom, asana, and slack launch tabs" because
a) it will be quickly recognized by users who need that
b) might better rank in google for those who search for generic zoom/asana/slack extensions.
