Exceeding Inventory

Initially Exceeding Inventory was set up as with an annual subscription of $500. The limited feedback I received was that, at that price would be too much of a barrier to try the product.

I changed this to a monthly $30 subscription. Looking to get updated feedback and first customer.

Worked closely with the developer. No matter how closely you work and plan so many things come up that have to be tested and changed before launch. Development is hard to keep on schedule.

I needed to drive more interest before launch and have customers ready to use at launch
