I want to share what I've been building for the past few months — Extrako (extrako.com).

The problem I kept seeing:

Every accountant, bookkeeper, and SME owner I talked to had the same frustration: OCR tools can technically "read" a document, but they still leave you manually checking if the numbers make sense. The extracted total doesn't match the line items. A field is blank. A date is in the wrong format. You fix it yourself — every single time.

Basically: the extraction was automated, but the verification wasn't.

What Extrako does differently:

Instead of a single OCR pass, Extrako uses a multi-stage AI pipeline:
