Came up with the idea💡

I wanted to get my IP address. On googling, I got it in an instant. But I found several sites in the google search, that displays your IP address, location, ISP providers and so on. Then the site https://whatismyipaddress.com was top on the search. I was shocked to know, that this site had 10 million hits/month. My Friend Suresh said we can do this better, hence eyep.dev

With the world moving towards single-purpose website/app, dark mode and a better UX. Suresh came up with the site in a matter 2 days.

Earlier, we did https://whatsmyfood.glitch.me, a Personal food review tracking made easy. We spent around one year making this. Didn't get much attention that we expected and we decided we should start making small products.

We are a big fan of ProductHunt(PH). It was a long time goal to be at the top of PH. That was also one of the motivation.

I love the background! This is really beautiful. Love it 😍

This is super funky! I particularly like the map and the copy to clipboard function. Do you have any intentions to add more features? Would love to hear about it. I agree with @rikschennink on the flicker, maybe it could be replaced with a glitch instead.

Thank you @adamcrookes for checking us out. The ultimate goal of eyep.dev is to be the single purpose and minimal. So, we don't have any features planned. Chrome extension is on the pipeline.

A Chrome extension would be brilliant. Best of luck! :)

    Very nice!

From an accessibility perspective I would remove the flicker animation as I guess it could trigger seizures.

Glad you checked it out! Thank you for the feedback :)
