We just launched some new features to our startup and know we are not going to be able to see internet daylight for while. This is an all in One Project Management, Time Tracking and Team Collaboration tool. Small Business Owners and Freelancers will easily track your project time, share files, communicate with clients and team members all in one single spot. Store all your projects in the cloud, so you have a direct line of sight to your entire workload.

They will be able to generate professional and elegant looking Invoices and Proposals for their Projects in any language or currency in a matter of seconds. Email them to their clients and get paid for their hard work online.

As of today, EzzyBooks costs less than its competitors. We are planning on increasing the price by 100%. The will raise the cheapest plan from $5/mo to $10/mo, and emailed existing customers to let them know. We will like to know what you'all think. Please post your feedback in comments below.

EzzyBooks is now making $10000 a month, enough to cover our office rent and expenses!

Probably the biggest thing that helped us get here was charging more. We increased our monthly subscription by 20% and boom, had more subscribers.

This is super exciting, because it means that we can definitely reach our annual goal of 1M ARR is we continue with this trend. But I'm not sure if we will make that jump just yet…

Yesterday we launched EzzyBooks on Hacker News and got to the front page! Overall it resulted in 6,000 pageviews and almost 500 new signups. Most of them were free trials but we had some paying customers as well. We are hoping to get about 30% conversion from Free trail to paying customers.

I'm excited for what comes next!

Today one of my first trial customers for EzzyBooks converted to paid. I noticed when I got the email from Stripe that said "Payment of $29.95". It felt amazing! Just 99 more of these and I'll be exactly where I want to be with my business. With 100 customers, I should be able to afford Ramen noodles from my garage.

It took 3 months, but we are finally done building the minimum viable product for EzzyBooks. We worked mostly day, nights and weekends, and we coded the whole thing in SharePoint since that's what we are the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features we built that probably could've waited until later. But we are excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
