August 20, 2026 I’m building an AI marketer — not just another AI creative generator

Hey Indie Hackers,

I’m building Fabrika because small teams don’t need one more AI image tool. They need marketing work to move all the way from an idea to a live campaign.

The long-term goal is an AI marketer that understands your brand, plans campaigns, creates the assets, adapts them to every channel, and helps operate the ad accounts.

Here’s how the system works:

1. It learns the brand

You connect a website or upload a brand book. Fabrika extracts the palette, fonts, logo, tone, and design rules, then turns them into a reusable brand system.

2. It turns a goal into a campaign brief

The AI reasons about the audience, offer, channels, and deliverables. Instead of starting every task with an empty prompt, the system creates a structured brief for the work that follows.

3. It produces the campaign assets

Fabrika can generate banners, commercial photos and video, marketplace product cards, landing pages, presentations, and vector assets — all tied to the same brand system.

4. It resizes and adapts creatives

This is more than stretching or center-cropping an image. One master banner can become dozens of IAB, social, and custom formats.

The layout is recomposed for each aspect ratio. Text, logo, colors, and composition are checked automatically. Each variant goes through a reason → render → critic loop, and the strongest result is selected.

5. It connects to ad platforms through MCP

Fabrika exposes an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another compatible assistant can work with the marketing workspace from a chat.

The goal is to ask things like:

- Show me which campaigns are underperforming

- Adjust bids or add negative keywords

- Generate a new creative for this ad group

- Adapt this banner to every required format

- Export campaign drafts to Google Ads, Meta, Yandex Direct, or VK

Can it replace a marketer?

For a solo founder or a small team, I think it can replace a large part of the repetitive execution layer that is usually split between a marketer, designer, and ad-ops specialist.

A human still owns positioning, taste, budget, and final approval. Fabrika handles the research, production, adaptation, checks, and routine campaign operations around those decisions.

I’m still early, and I’d love input from other founders:

Which part of marketing would you trust an AI agent to own first — creative production, resizing, campaign setup, or performance analysis?

Love the animations you dropped on the landing page. Can I record a short video review with reactions & feedback?

        1. Clarify the core value proposition in the hero

Reviewer is confused whether Fabrica is a general asset generator or a specialized ad/banner tool, making it hard to see why choose it over alternatives.

        2. Show concrete examples of generated strategies

Strategy section lists vague steps like discovery and media plan; reviewer wants to see a real output example to understand value.

        3. Replace workflow diagrams with actual output assets

Reviewer suggests showing finished banners, product cards, and websites instead of process flows to prove quality.

        4. Define or exemplify "product card"

Reviewer explicitly asks what a product card is after seeing it listed among outputs.

        5. Make messaging consistent across sections

Hero feels general while later sections focus narrowly on banner resizing and ad campaigns, creating mixed signals.

        6. Add proof of output quality with real examples

Reviewer wants visible assets rather than claims to build credibility for the range of generated items.

About

Fabrika exists to be an AI marketer, not just a creative generator. It turns a brand and brief into campaigns, then uses MCP to analyze performance, manage ads, and export drafts — all from one workspace or chat.
