  • $0 revenue

Working on Apply with Clarify which will allow professionals to use their achievements and skills to apply directly to jobs on Clarify. No résumé needed. No cover letter required.

    Congrats on milestone.

What do employers base decisions on with no resume/cover letter?

      Hey @nathangrieve thanks!

We've actually put together a great resource for employers to learn a little bit more about how Clarify works for them.

In short we match businesses with the results or achievements they're expecting for in a particular role based on matches to our database while creating a shortlist of candidates that have already proven they can deliver such results.

This is also great because there's no need to wait for a resume to be submitted as they have a live and steady stream of tailored candidates based on these achievements delivered to their inbox.

We're still working on rolling this out with four early partners that have been kind enough to take the plunge with us.
