FastestNotes
A keyboard first oriented app for notes, tasks and projects.
Finally, after almost 1 year from initial launch Fastestnotes.com has achieved good traction without paid ads.
All growth is organic and so far the trend is ascending slowly but steady.
It's time to experiment with marketing channels, therefore reinvest part the growth in paid ads.
After a lot of arguments going back and forth regarding the usability of the FastestNotes app, we've managed to gather 100 steady users.
Most important lesson learned: build a beautiful MVP in max 2 weeks, it should have a demo of the main idea, then test & measure results.
After almost a month FastestNotes has 20+ active users.
I have discussed new features requests with 2 users that were willing to share their feedback with me.
For the moment new users join the platform at a slow peace.
Milestone for September: reach 50 active users and receive more feedback about FastestNotes.com
Today I've decided to go live with version 1.1 of the FastestNotes app. I've been using the app for over 1 month now and I already feel that I'm more productive and fast.
Additional log notes from v1.0, launched in June:
- Improvements on the UI
- Fixed bugs
