I had the idea for making a directory of fitness transformation videos. In under a week I launched it. Here is how:

• I wrote a simple script to scrape youtube videos for the relevant search terms
• I classified the videos based on title and description with GPT API (is it a transformation video or not)
• I scraped transcript and metadata for each video, fed it into GPT API to generate data and story for each video
• I create a Webflow CMS item for each video with the generated information
• I create a Webflow templates with Attributes library for filtering
• I bought a domain, setup Google Analytics and Search Console
