User story mapping tool
Is it clear what problem this tool solves and how my product solves it? Is it easy to use? What about the landing page? Anything obviously missing?
I am really interested in any feedback that you might have and I will appreciate every little bit of feedback I get!

Today I silently launched Featmap. Exciting times. It is the culmination of 3 months of work as a side project and I am really loving the product. Over the next days I will be looking for ways to gain some feedback.

Hey. I like the page, it's easy enough to understand what it's about and what the product does! Not a fan of the main image, why is it squint?
I'd suggest adding a different colour background to the top section, or increasing the font size to make it stand out from the rest of the page.
Would also suggest a live chat tool for your visitors to reach out and ask any questions they may have about the product (easier than filling a contact form or reading a FAQ page!) check out our live chat tool which you can install for free - http://www.getibby.com/beta-launch

The header titles look a bit like the wrong size.
e.g 'Evolve your product backlog' text looks smaller than the following 'Add, remove and edit items with 1 or 2 clicks' text.
I think overall the text size could be more generous.

I like your website, very easy to navigate and find information. However once I found the information on exactly what a story map is, I found it hard to parse. I still don't quite understand how this might be of use to me. However, I do see that this might just be one of those things that you have to know about already in order to get excited about, and I think that is OK if there are enough people who know what a story map is. Also, if I was going to try something out I think I would want more than a 7 day free trial. Overall, excellent presentation!
Yes, much clearer. I think I understand what a story map is more now. Had some time to go over your demo too, it is quite large and I have to scroll very far vertically and horizontally to see anything. Could you compress this to be view-able in one page on a normal screen?
I actually changed it to 30 days, seems like the market standard.
I have now updated the Introduction, if you have the time please see if it is clearer.
Based on your feedback I will update the Introduction to story mapping page and raise the free trial to 14 days.

It seems like you have created a product for people who know what story mapping is. If you are selling to a person who doesn't know much about story mapping then its not that clear you probably need to help me connect with something I know probably trello board or asana workflow.

Some valuable feedback. I have a link from the front page to "Introduction to story mapping", but perhaps this should be even more visible.
I took a look at your website. Some of my immediate thoughts are that I am missing pricing information. You would not get me to sign up unless I understand what costs are involved.
Secondly, you service needs to respond really quickly to requests for new posts. Therefor I would probably be looking for some kind of guarantee of timely delivery - perhaps considering making the average waiting time for different services available?

Yeah I think its a good idea to show the pricing and the response time on the landing page itself.
As an indiehacker, would you personally use a service like this?
