Product Feedback Survey Tool
I've started reaching out to other IH users who have products that might benefit from user feedback. Given the community focus of IH, my hope is that at a minimum I will get initial feedback to inform approaches to non-IH businesses.
My thesis is that businesses will most benefit from FeatureFocused after the 20 user mark, with this potentially being a large number of users to keep in constant contact with, but too small of a number to have a dedicated hire only handling customer support/feedback. There's likely a relatively large window of opportunity, but my thought is to focus first on businesses earning between 500-3000 MRR.
As this is a side project, my plan is to send 5 emails per day, as I research each company a bit before sending a message. Any feedback on what is an acceptable number of outreach emails per day for a side project is "good" would be helpful for comparison.
When I launched I realized that I still needed to create a demo, but I went ahead with the launch because I wanted to get over that initial hump. Because my application will contact my users’ customers on their behalf, I needed to build an administrative function that would allow me to demonstrate not only the dashboard that my users will see but the interaction my users’ customers will experience. Potential users are not going to allow me to miss represent their brands. As the demo is basically a live account, I also built an admin Function to completely reset the demo account between uses. Now it’s just time to get some potential customers in there

I launched my user feedback MVP today after about six months of part time work, balancing the work with a family and full time job. I did the majority of the coding myself but brought in two freelancers for some needed front and back-end assistance.
Now that the site is live my focus will be on obtaining initial users. Due to my limited free time and my desire to get something launched, I focused on building the product more than doing initial sales. While I'll have to keep refining features, for the near term my focus will be on customer outreach/sales. Fortunately, I can "dog food" my own product for suggestions on which features to build next and what language to use in copy.
Any and all feedback from other IHers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, I can’t say that I came up with it, but I came across an idea that I thought could be turned into a product that other business owners, particularly SaaS owners, would find useful.
As I attempted to build a two sided marketplace for outdoor guides I came to understand the extreme challenges inherent in such marketplace. I continued to listen to business podcasts while I hacked away at my original idea until I came across Episode 155 of Rogue Startups, "The Product Market Fit Engine," which pointed me to Superhuman.com CEO Rahul Vorha’s Business of Software 2018 talk about how to build the features users want in order to get to "product market fit.” I thought a tool based on that talk might be useful to other entrepreneurs, so I started FeatureFocused.io. I hope you find it useful.

After trying to build a two-sided market I decided move on to a B2B product. I happened across a Rogue Startup podcast episode discussing Rahul Vorha's Product Market Fit Engine Survey and decided to build it as a SaaS.
