Deployed (almost) MVP
Built the system with Laravel, with Jetstream and Tailwind UI - functionality exists to register and add/manage your feeds - currently CSV, XML or JSON will work with it.
Not currently sending notifications, I wanted to see how the grain of the feeds runs on a schedule.
