Feedmas
Connect with your users. Learn. Help. Build.
I recently googled 'customer support systems' and pretty much every single result that showed up was "Top 5 this", "The TOP such and such of 2022", etc. Basically, just a whole bunch of lists that lead to a blog article.
I guess this goes to show how the blog path is indeed a good way to up your SEO game.
It's also pretty difficult to compete with as a newbie.
But, the good news is that it's really mainly Zendesk, Zoho, and Freshdesk that show up in results.
So.. time for our own blog to help compete!
Plus, it has the added benefit of also very easily letting us plug our other products, Cleavr and Doneo.
Check out our new blog at https://feedmas.com/blog/home!
We've reached about a dozen+ beta testers for Feedmas!
Not too shabby considering we've only kinda just made Feedmas known by virtue of using it with another LittleBets product, Cleavr.io. And.. of course, mentioning Feedmas here on IH.
For Cleavr, this replaced a couple of tools that we were using - a customer support tool for managing tickets and a feedback submission tool for managing general feedback. There's a couple other externals apps we are also planning to replace with new Feedmas functionality we're building out.
If you're in need of a support tool that is built to help you strengthen relationships with users and collaborate with users on building a killer product, please consider signing up for Feedmas.com and let's all work together to create awesome products for everyone! 🙌

We're trying something a little different with Feedmas...
Instead of leaning towards 'improving the bottom line' that other customer support platforms heavily promote, our focus is more along the lines of 'team up with your users to build awesome, customer-centric experiences'.
Feedmas currently offers a means for you and your users to connect to learn what they like, what they think can be improved, and to provide them support with any issues they are currently facing. It's at the core, a customer support tool as it sits today.
But where is Feedmas headed?
The path we're taking will soon allow for a means to crowd-source. For Feedmas, this means to make issues public so that fellow users can see what other issues people are having and what others think will improve their experience, all to promote healthy dialogue with a common goal to make the experience, the tool, the 'whatever is important to me' better and more useful.
Feedmas is now open for beta. Create an account today, integrate Feedmas with your product, and start connecting with your users on another level! And... btw, connect with us too and let us know what is important to you!

We got tired of the support solutions that are out there. We want to connect with our users, form relationships, and build an awesome product together - not random junk and high prices.
